We sold this beauty several years ago to a local physician. It's now available, part of the collection of Doctor Randall.
It's not perfect, but is 99.9 % pristine. Never any dents or damage.  Clean, close to perfect. Small lacquer blip on the end of the mouthpipe, otherwise you can't tell it from new.
*** BUT.... it's $3,600 cheaper than a new one.

After a successful career in Germany as a professional horn player, Engelbert Schmid established a small workshop in the Swabian countryside, between Munich and Stuttgart. Some of the finest musicians in the world are now using his instrument.
 
This horn is yellow brass, lacquered, and includes a Medium hand-hammered bell flare with nickel-silver Kranz (garland).This horn is almost perfect.
