SELMER-USA "MODEL 1244" Tenor Saxophone; Serial #127,367.

The last of the American-made saxes, the 1244 (made in Elkhart) was discontinued about a decade ago.  Based on the Buescher "Aristocrat" post-war models, the 1244's were dependable, well-made, easy to repair. Our tenor has 95% original lacquer, no dents or dings, is clean and with pads that (are not) but look new.  Low notes speak easily, flawless intonation.  Recommended and 100% made in the USA!
